Terms

These are the terms for a website from SmallBizTransform, a service of HOIBOY AI LTD. I've kept them short and in plain English.

What you pay

• £200 to set up your website, paid once when you claim it.
• £20/month for hosting, as a monthly subscription.
• £5/month on top, only if you ask us to take the "Website by SmallBizTransform" line off your site.
• Your domain name, once a year. We send you an invoice for each year.
• Listings, only if you order them: up to 5 listings for £99, or up to 10 listings for £149, paid once.

Cancel any time

Hosting is a monthly subscription and you can cancel it any time. Email hello@smallbiztransform.com to cancel. If you feel we aren't adding value, tell us what's wrong first and we'll fix it!

If you cancel

When your subscription ends, your website is taken down.

Your domain name is registered in your name and it stays yours. Ask us and we'll transfer it to you or to your new provider.

Listings

Listings are a separate order. We only set them up when you order them and pay for them.
